Recall Ref: R2001/045 Exact Model: ML320 converted to gas Description: GAS CONVERSION MAY NEUTRALISE ENGINE REV LIMITER VIN: VARIOUS Build Date: Numbers: 14 Defect: Engine speed may exceed the permitted rpm and cause the automatic gearbox to shift to neutral. Action: Fit a control box which at 5500rpm will switch the engine fueling system back to petrol ensuring that the engine maximum speed is under the control of the O/E rev limiter.
