Hi all I'm a brand new member and hoping someone can help with a problem. I've recently purchased a ml270 5-speed manual (70k mls) and find that gear selection is somewhat wooly. No problems with the box itself but I'm wondering is there some relatively simple fix to make selection more positive.For example is there a worn selector bushing attached to the gear stick or the rod to the box? Any info would be appreciated and if anyone knows is this a possible home fix or workshop problem. Cheers |
